For the last five years, he has led the replacement of legacy authentication systems with modern CIAM platforms, resulting in better user experiences, reduced fraud risk, and improved regulatory compliance for the bank and its customers. He enjoys working with a wide-range of talented professionals and being at the center of innovation at his company.
Tom works remotely and lives in Indiana with his amazing wife, two children, a cat, and an annoyingly needy dog.
